Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of maloremi.com, the client portal, and purchases made on this site. By using the site or paying through it, you agree to them. If you have a separate signed agreement or order form with Maloremi, that document controls where it differs from these terms.
Who we are
Maloremi LLC ("we") is a California limited liability company (Active), entity number B20260445709, based in Imperial, California. Contact: support@maloremi.com.
Using the site and portal
- Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break into it, overload it, scan it for weaknesses, or collect information about other users.
- Sign in only with your own email and keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not submit patient or health information, card numbers, or Social Security numbers through our forms or email.
Text message (SMS) program
- Program: Maloremi support updates and offers. When you opt in, Maloremi LLC may text you about your tickets and service, appointment reminders, and occasional offers.
- Opting in is optional and never required to buy anything. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS box on our website or by asking us in writing.
- Message frequency varies, usually no more than 4 marketing messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email support@maloremi.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
Prices, quotes, and invoices
Prices are in US dollars and exclude domain fees, third-party licenses, and ad spend unless we say otherwise. A quote is good until the date shown on it. Accepting a quote means you agree to the price and to pay any deposit shown. Invoices are due on the date shown on the invoice. Services that are not listed with a price are quoted in writing before work starts.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe's terms for the payment itself. We do not store your card number. Refunds are described on our Refunds & Cancellations page.
Prepaid support hours
Hours bought in a block are used in 15-minute steps against tickets you open, and they are tied to the email used at purchase. Hours expire 12 months after purchase. Urgent, after-hours, and on-site work is quoted before it starts and may use hours at a different rate.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans, such as the Website Care Plan, renew automatically each month until you cancel. Any minimum term, price, and cancellation terms are shown when you buy and are repeated on the Refunds & Cancellations page.
Ownership
The content and design of this site belong to Maloremi. You keep ownership of your own content and accounts. Work we create for you is owned as stated in your order form or agreement, generally once you have paid in full.
Our services
We perform services in a professional way. Except where the law or a signed agreement says otherwise, the site and services are provided "as is," and we do not promise rankings, sales, uninterrupted uptime, or that any system will be free of every error or attack. Work that requires a California contractor license is performed by a licensed contractor under its own contract with you, until we hold the license and say so.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim is about in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Disputes and governing law
California law governs these terms. If we cannot resolve a dispute by talking, it will be decided in the courts of Imperial County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, applies to purchases made after the date shown. Material changes affecting current clients will be emailed.
